Danielle runs Phoenix Equity Group and handles every file personally: the records pull, the heirship work, and the call where somebody finds out what the county is actually holding. Her background is residential real estate, which is where the deed and title side of these claims comes from — reading a chain of title, spotting a lien that was never released, and knowing which county office actually answers the phone.

She is a licensed real estate agent. She is not an attorney and does not give legal advice. When a claim requires a lawyer, a lawyer files it.

The attorney arrangement, precisely

Phoenix Equity Group is a claims recovery firm. We are not a law firm and we do not practice law. Every filing in every state we work in is made by contracted legal counsel admitted in that state.

  • Counsel is engaged by Phoenix Equity Group and paid by Phoenix Equity Group out of our fee. You do not sign a retainer and you are never invoiced by counsel.
  • Counsel's name, bar number, and state are given to you in writing before anything is filed on your behalf, so you can verify the license with the state bar yourself.
  • We prepare records, evidence, and heirship documentation. Legal judgment, court appearances, and signatures on filings belong to counsel.

What we have not published yet

A trust page that lists things it cannot prove is worse than a short one. These items are not on this site because we are not ready to put them in front of a skeptical reader:

  • Entity registration number and state of formation — pending publication
  • Street address of the business office — pending publication
  • Direct telephone line — pending publication
  • Verified case data and named testimonials — none published

Until those are up, you are entitled to ask for them directly, and to decide we have not earned your file yet.
