Do not attach deeds, probate paperwork, or identification here. Once we confirm a surplus exists, we send a one-time encrypted upload link. Documents sent that way are encrypted in transit and at rest, are used only to prove your claim, and are deleted within 90 days of the file closing. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
